Dreams True - women circle

Join Amilie for the annual wishing jar gathering. In this circle you will be guided with bringing your dreams to life with visualization activities, as well as adding a creative twist to sealing your dreams.

Research shows that we can achieve what we desire by visualization, manifesting and truly believing that we are deserving. You see, it's not that complicated. For example: if you imagine something in your minds eye every day and you also believe that you are deserving and will achieve what you desire, it is possible. I always believed that taking it out of your mind and putting it somewhere that you can be reminded of what you desire and experiences you want to have, it helps bring it to your attention and as a reminder to never stop believing in yourself. Our desires are not always materialistic, in fact some of the most rewarding wishes have been, peace, stillness, self-acceptance and so much more.

For this circle you are guided to join us and bring your medicine to the group. Each women who show up for sacred gatherings bring with them something unique. I look forward to see what you will bring with you to the circle. Women circles have been used for thousands of years as a way to unite and bring forth women in moments of ceremony, celebration and support. When women come together, there's this invisible thread that is created and this thread weaves our hearts together, creating a instant bond and opportunity to be vulnerable together.

This gathering comes with a creative twist because it's always fun to add a little colour to our lives. Plus, this is the part where the magic of believing in yourself comes to play.

Using objects and words you will be placing them in a jar. Without giving you to much insight as to what's to come, I'll leave your imagination figure out what will happen to those objects and words.

What you'll need:

• Something to write in (journal) and a pen.
• Crayons/markers (optional)
• Small items/objects that represents your desires. For example: if you desire to connect with nature more, you can find a small tree or rock. Give it some thought before the circle as to what you desire to attract in 2023
• Stickers, ribbon, rope etc. (Optional)

NOTE: some of these items will be available like stickers, mini objects, decorating materials.
