Emersion through the Sacred Vow

This beautiful teaching is designed to bring you more focus and direction so you can become the co-creator of your life. This teaching will be offered as a virtual group experience and I believe that each woman who claims her seat in this teaching offers sacred medicine to your emersion and elevation which is why I believe that this teaching will empower you to be true to yourself by honouring your intentions, values, commitments and your sacred vows.

Emersion is the action of rising from the water after being submerge, there is a period in your life that you are feeling stuck, unsure or it seems blurry, like trying to see through the murky water of a lake. I will provide you the tools to rise above the surface so you can float with confidence through all the waves that’s been preventing you from reaching the highest version of yourself. Awareness of your obstacles is going to help you to be more present and acknowledge what can prevent you from reaching your highest potential so you can focus on your core values.

The sacred vow is a beautiful ceremony that allows you to have a clear focus on what you want for yourself, it is a commitment you are willing to make, it’s a devotion to yourself, it’s saying yes to all that sparks joy and love within you, so you can live a meaningful life while setting boundaries for yourself and listening to your core values.

I have put together an interactive PDF printable workbook that will be completed together, with some of my most favorite tools and teachings that have helped me through my very own experiences. Each month and once a year I re-evaluate my sacred vows I’ve made to myself, if needed I make adjustments and I celebrate all of the vows I’ve honoured.

The Emersion through the Sacred Vow will teach you how to become best friends with yourself while helping you visualize how a healthy relationship with yourself can look like and feel like, by making small or big commitments to yourself.
