You’re invited to join us as we celebrate the spring equinox with a half-day women’s retreat. We will gather in a sacred space to welcome the energetic shifts of the new season. Spring invites us to move from darkness to light and set our intentions for new beginnings. It’s time to awaken to the spring energy and shift towards renewal, new beginnings, and growth.
Your retreat hosts, Amilie and Sylvie, have joined forces to bring you this soul-awakening afternoon of movement, breath, reflection, creativity, women’s rituals, and sisterhood connection. You get to enjoy the deep benefits of a Soul Session and Women’s Gathering in one afternoon.
This gathering will allow you to release stagnant energy from the winter and create space to get re-inspired. This is the retreat your soul has been yearning for, are you ready to answer the call?
